So there are only a handful of apps I’m completely obsessed with.
The first is Daytum. You can track anything and everything your little heart desires. I’m tracking things like new meals I’ve cooked & books I’ve read this year. The app syncs to the website allows you to make beautiful graphs like these.
Second is The Eatery. Another tracking app that allows you to take pictures of your meals and a collective community rates how healthy your meal is. Each week you get a review of your food. I believe it’s changed the way I eat. A need for a healthy score has increased my vegetable intake.
