I saw Gotye at CMJ last week. I’d heard this song a couple of times before, was mesmerized during it’s performance but didn’t really get it’s full capacity of sadness until I watched the video. The beauty of this song really lies in the emotion. Really, who can’t relate to this song in one way or another?
